License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and VantrixUI ("Licensor") for the use of the VantrixUI Pterodactyl theme and its addons (the "Product").
Notice: By activating a license for the Product, you agree to this EULA.
1. Grant of License
Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on one (1) project/panel per purchased license.
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Use one license across multiple projects, panels, or domains
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your License Key or Auth Key to any third party
- Redistribute, leak, or publish the Product's source code or addons, in whole or in part
- Remove, bypass, or tamper with the license validation system
- Claim the Product as your own work or resell it as a competing product
3. License Validation
The Product communicates with our license server to validate your license using the data described in our Privacy Policy (username, email, BuiltByBit info, panel domain/IP, License Auth Key, License Key, installed version). Use of the Product requires an active internet connection for periodic validation. Licenses that fail validation may cause the Product to stop functioning.
4. Ownership
The Product remains the sole intellectual property of VantrixUI. This EULA grants a license to use the Product — it does not grant ownership, and no rights are transferred beyond what is explicitly stated here.
5. Suspension & Revocation
Licensor may suspend or permanently revoke a license at any time, without notice or refund, for:
- Illegal use, or use that violates applicable law
- Violation of this EULA (including license sharing or code leaking)
- Fraudulent purchase or chargeback
- Any activity deemed harmful to Licensor, its clients, or the Product's integrity
6. Updates & Support
Licensor may provide updates to the Product at its discretion. Support is provided via the contact channels below, subject to license validity.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and remove it from your panel immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Licensor is not liable for any damages, including data loss or service downtime, arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Tunisia.
