1. The Product

VantrixUI is a premium theme for the Pterodactyl panel, distributed with an addon system and license validation. Access to the Product is sold exclusively through BuiltByBit.

2. License

• Use of the Product is governed by a separate License & EULA, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership — you receive a limited license to use it as described in the EULA.
• One license per project: Each purchased license may only be applied to a single Pterodactyl panel/project at a time.

3. Account & License Data

To deliver and secure the Product, our license system collects and processes:

• Username and email address
• BuiltByBit account information (purchase/order data)
• Panel domain and panel IP address
• License Auth Key (issued privately by us) and License Key (generated via our dashboard)
• Installed version of the Product

This data is used to validate licenses, prevent unauthorized use, and manage support. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license at any time, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Illegal, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Product
• License key sharing, leaking, or resale outside BuiltByBit
• Use that violates the License & EULA
• Chargebacks or fraudulent purchases

Suspension may result in the Product ceasing to function on the affected panel.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA

The Product, including its source code, design, and addons, is and remains the intellectual property of VantrixUI. We reserve the right to file DMCA takedown notices or pursue other legal action against any website, repository, or party found distributing, leaking, or hosting unauthorized copies of the Product.

6. Refunds

All purchases are made through BuiltByBit and are subject to BuiltByBit's refund policy and marketplace rules. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product, including panel downtime or data loss.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
